The Center for the Visually Impaired (CVI)’s Dining in the Dark event is scheduled
for Sunday, September 30, 2018 at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center, located at 800 Spring Street NW, 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Dining in the Dark is a unique fundraising event designed to entertain and inform, raising understanding and awareness of vision loss through powerful sensory experiences. While enjoying a first-class meal and an entertaining event, guests will also leave Dining in the Dark with a new appreciation for the achievements and abilities of our clients with vision loss, and the services and training provided by CVI that can empower them to live with independence and dignity.

The featured menu will remain a mystery and will be delivered to guests’ tables by members of the Atlanta SWAT Team, who will serve as wait staff for the evening..

CVI is the only nonprofit organization in Georgia that provides vision rehabilitation services and support to people of all ages. Funds raised through the event support CVI’s life changing services and programs for those impacted by vision loss.
