Help Make a Difference

You can restore hope for people with vision loss. The need is real – and growing. From infants born prematurely to aging baby boomers, record numbers of Georgians struggle with their eyesight. Your financial support has never been more important.

Make a life-long impact. Introduce a toddler to braille, counsel her family and prepare her for kindergarten. Give teens the wisdom of a mentor, a place where they belong, and the knowledge that their dreams can come true. Empower an adult to find a job, take care of his family and use a computer without sight.

Henderson Society

Share the vision of CVI founders George and Jean Henderson. Membership in the Henderson Society is extended to those who contribute $1,000 or more during the fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). Your cumulative donation can include matching gifts, United Way designated donations, restricted and unrestricted gifts.

Party for a Purpose: The True Blue Do - Annual Fundraiser

Celebrate CVI with more than 400 True Blue friends during this casual evening of live music, cocktails and great food. Proceeds help people of all ages with vision loss lead a better life.

Create a Legacy

Legacy gifts help CVI serve future generations. Tailored to the needs of you and your heirs, these gifts also can provide you with income tax savings and in some cases, annual income. Examples include charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder or lead trusts, individual retirement accounts, or gifts of life insurance. This gift is to be used for the general purposes of the Center for the Visually Impaired Foundation."
