Co-chairs Rosa McHugh and Brand Morgan invite you to the 2012 True Blue Do on Thursday, May 3rd at 7pm at the Piedmont Driving Club. Come join CVI’s true blue friends and community partners as we celebrate the Center’s 50th anniversary!
Jason Pullman, host of 94.9FM The Bull’s Caffeinated Radio, will emcee the event as guests enjoy delicious cocktails and bites, bid on silent auction items and groove to the music of the Macular Degenerates – Atlanta’s only band of ophthalmologists. Guests can also indulge their sweet tooth and vote for the winner of the 50 Candle Cake-Off, a competition featuring local pastry chefs’ decadent interpretations of CVI’s golden anniversary.
Funds raised through the True Blue Do support CVI’s life- changing programs and services for people impacted by vision loss. Sponsorships range from $500 to $10,000, with individual tickets on sale for $125. If you’d like to make a donation to the event or to purchase tickets on-line, simply click here to visit CVI’s donation page and indicate that your contribution is for the True Blue Do in the box marked, “If other, please specify.”
