POSITION TITLE: Program Marketing Manager

FULL TIME / PART TIME: Full Time, Hourly, 40 hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of sales, marketing, and/or fundraising experience
  • 1-3 years personnel management experience
  • Experience in Human or Social Services preferred and in Visual Rehabilitation a plus
  • The successful candidate will be sales driven, persistent, diplomatic, and able to meet engagement/sales goals with energy and drive
  • Knowledge of CRM and nonprofit database software preferred

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Increase number of clients enrolling in CVI programs and services through proactive marketing and outreach to prospective institutional and corporate customers, including medical offices, places of worship, senior centers, community centers, local educational agencies, universities and other nonprofit and public agencies. Manage two Resource Specialists.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize knowledge of CVI services and the metro Atlanta community to identify opportunities and implement strategies to increase enrollment in CVI services
  • Use the sales process for targeting, initiating contact, and conducting sales calls
  • Schedule and conduct strategic and effective sales presentations with representatives of Atlanta metro area businesses and targeted groups and organizations
  • Cultivate existing contacts to generate new business and re-engage those with low activity levels
  • Represent CVI at conferences, tradeshows and other events
  • Work with Program staff to establish strategy and priorities for execution
  • Implement short/long term marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and services offered by CVI
  • Analyze program enrollments to identify opportunities, developing strategies and action plans in partnership with CVI program directors to promote CVI initiatives and to increase client registrations
  • Manage two full-time Resource Specialists who are part of the Communications & Marketing Department providing information and resources to potential clients, assisting Program Marketing Manager with internal and external demonstrations and planning, scheduling, and executing monthly Open Houses and other duties as assigned
  • Create and manage goals for the Resource Specialists
  • Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
